Three months. That is the entire lifespan modern civilization managed to endure. Rust-red flora devoured cities, roads, memories. Survivors huddled behind the walls of fortified sanctuaries; the rest became beasts upon the wastes. The world is now a silence that wounds. Wind moves through ruins; plants bloom in dried blood— beautiful, and lethal. Rumour speaks of *Sky-Vault City*, where the remnant government’s *Ark Laboratory* still operates. There, perhaps, a way to end this lingers. And you— you are forced onto the road. Your cargo is neither weapon nor data, but a girl. A girl in perfect symbiosis with Blood-Fern. She is both cure and curse.
